When we feel stressed about work we go around and think about work all the time, all the tasks we need to complete and all the deadlines are spinning around in our heads which makes us feel even more stressed by the workload. It doesn't matter if you are at home, don't have your computer nearby, are on vacation, or have some other free time, work still has its way of stressing and worrying us. If you are stressed about work the best thing you can do is a minor mindset hack that will change the way you're thinking about work in your free time so make sure to see what it is.
