E-bike Battery Removal and Installation | Giant Lincoln
The battery is the heart of any E-bike so good battery care is paramount. Many Giant /Liv E-bikes use an integrated battery. It is best practice to store your battery at room temperature to limit stress on the cells and keep it moisture free. If storing your battery for longer periods of time we would recommend storing it at a capacity of 60% rather than fully charged or depleted.
Here we show you how to remove the battery from the bike with a key as well as re-install the battery. If your bike has an integrated battery but does not use a key to remove the battery you will require a T25 torx bit instead. A video on this process will be made in the future but is very similar.
