1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon kasuri methi (fenugreek)
Approx. 1 kg tuna fish
For the cooked masala:
1 tablespoon whole coriander
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon carom seeds
For the batter:
1 cup chickpea powder
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
Some saffron water
