TO BE ABUNDANTLY CLEAR:
C tier means the character/s is perfectly good.
the truth is, FvF is actually a fairly balanced game character-wise. you can succeed playing anyone, and thats great. We used this specific system for grading the characters because if we were more linear with things then everyone except one or two would be all in A tier.
C is a pass, just like at school. B is good, A is better, S (special) is reserved only for if it is special. only D is negative in any way, and even so, there are no F tier characters.

"Hello Hello!
There's a new balancing update available to download now that makes some minor tweaks and adjustments to the cards.
Check out the changelog below:
CARDS:
Barbed cards:
Converted into temporal debuff.
Time at min. level:12
Time at max. level:14
Land mine:
Explosion radius reduced from 4,6m to 3m
Explosion max damage reduced from 140 to 120
Explosion mid damage reduced from 120 to 100
Explosion min damage reduced from 100 to 80
CHARACTERS:
Thick Coat:
Little Lars now also gives 10% increased explosion damage.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Flash Bomb:
Option to reduce flash bomb effect, in settings - misc.
Brainwash Gang and Raw Fury"

The quests “win matches” now change to “win rounds”.
Quick shortcut to move between mission and DLC characters.
Card collectors fix: Ensure the collector's pack gives only cards that you haven't maxed out if you open one when you already have all the cards. And prevent purchasing new card packs if you have all cards maxed out.
Disable the intro (Go to options to change this)
