INGREDIENTS:
Lemon 2-3 pcs
Milk 300ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 200g
Flour 400-450g
Refined sunflower oil 8 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 8g
Baking powder for dough 16g
Salt pinch
Butter 10g
Semolina 1 tbsp for greasing the mold
A baking dish is rectangular in size 20 * 30 cm or round with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes until cooked. Readiness to check on a dry wooden skewer.
