Step 1:- Choose Your Image Or Photo

Step 2:- Now Go To Image---Adjustment----Threshold

Step 3:- Click On Threshold And Now Set Your Threshol Level

Step 4:- Click Ok You Can See Preview Click On Preview

Step 5:- Now Go To Layer ---- New Fill Layer --- Gradient

Step 6:- Select Gradient Layer And Double Click On It

Step 7:- Now Select Your Gradient

Step 8:- On Selected Gradient Layer Blend It To Multiply
