Bulletproof vests are life-saving equipment that requires the quality to be top-notch. It is impossible to test each and every manufactured unit individually. Instead, simulations are performed to test bulletproof vests. These are not only applicable to bulletproofs but to many other objects. So, computer-aided design model tests are conducted. For performing this, we need Finite Element Analysis. Commonly known as FEA, it's a simulation of the physical phenomena using various mathematical techniques. The technique is referred to as the Finite Element Method.
Skill-Lync is providing a course called HyperMesh for FEA Plastic and Sheet Metal Applications. Here, the students get to work on the simulation of objects
In a simulation, the workflow will be pre-processing, solving, and post-processing.
Hypermesh will be used in the pre-processing stage. The course contains 12 modules and the duration will be 3 months. During the course period, the students will learn about Geometry cleanup, 1D meshing, 2D meshing or shell meshing, 3D meshing or solid meshing, connectors, and morphing.
During the course end, the students will work on two projects. During the course, if the students have doubts or are stuck in between, we have our technical support team who will guide the students throughout the course.
