One of the hallmarks of Roman society was a love of exploration. Whether that be crossing continents and seas to establish new trade routes, or exploring inwards through philosophy, music and intellectual rigour. Roman society left few frontiers untouched. In this collection we examine the excitement of exploration and capture new horizons. Each fragrance in the collection will visit a different point on the compass, highlighting locations which were important to the success of the Roman Empire.
The Explorer Collection fragrances are housed in blazing orange glass bottles, the colour chosen to reflect the rising sun’s energy and optimism. The idea of travel, and in particular the compass, is reflected in the sun dial motif embossed into the bottom of each bottle. Here the sun’s rays act as a dial, helping the customer to find themselves through scent and asking: where will this fragrance transport you?
