Empathy - Technical Communication For Engineers
Not a high priority for most engineers, but if you asked almost anyone if it's important, they'd respond, "Ya, engineers need to hear this." Technical communication is already difficult, doing it with empathy, is that much harder. In my experience, if there is a magic note in our repertoire of abilities, this is it. Exponentially more valuable than knowing all the answers, communicating with empathy will make you more valuable in all areas of engineering.
