Step 1: Go to cloud payroll subscription portal - click 2nd tab - subscriptions.
Step 2: Search the subscription that expired.
Step 3: There is a ‘renew’ button on right side, kindly clicks on it.
Step 4: You will need to decide below steps for next.
(a) If you would like to adjust the headcounts before purchase, please click ‘plan selection’.
(b) If there is no adjustment will do, please click ‘renew current plan & proceed to payment’.
If you would like to continue with (a):
Step 5: Select the plan that you would like to purchase.
Step 6: Select the payment frequency (how many months) you would like to use.
Step 7: Fill in the module’s headcounts that you would like to use.
Step 8: (If any) Fill in the promotion code.
Step 9: Click ‘next’ proceed to second page.
Step 10: Preview & confirm the above information.
Step 11: Click ‘payment confirmation’ to pay & start use.
If you would like to continue with (b):
Step 5: Proceed to make payment & start use.
