******This method requires you to add a usb keyboard
-In the LETS CONNECT YOU TO A NETWORK screen, press Shift+F10 to open CMD
-Enter OOBE\BYPASSNRO
-When you go back to the LETS CONNECT YOU TO A NETWORK screen, there should be an "I don't have internet" button beside next and let you proceed the normal installation"
