first check zabbix agent on client
zabbix-agent is active
then check selinux and firewall

solution 1: disable firewalld
systemctl stop firewalld
resolved

solution 2: enable port for firewalld
firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=10050/tcp --zone=public
firewall-cmd --reload
