Shape Builder Tip: Pick Color from Swatches
Editing artwork with the Shapebuilder tool in Adobe Illustrator? Try double-clicking on the tool to change its options from Pick Color From Artwork, to Color Swatches. The Shipbuilder tool will work like the Live Paint fill bucket letting you choose your color as you merge shapes.
*I referred to Live Color in the video when I meant to say the Live Paint feature - it used to be called Live Color, and sometimes the old name sticks in my brain!
