300g bonless chicken thigh or chicken breast
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon black pepper (crushed)
1 tablespoon cornflour
FOR SOY SAUCE MIXTURE –
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
OTHER INGREDIENTS –
200g noodles
1 tablespoon salt
½ cup oil
3 cloves garlic
50g carrot
40g Pepper (Red and green)
50g cabbage
2 spring onions
spring onion for garnishing
