In this video, we discuss the solution to inventory the #mapped drive data from users workstations using #SCCM |#MECM #hardware Inventory Package deployment. The PowerShell script #MappedDriveReport.ps1 is deployed to the workstation as a package to run periodically on workstations and sends the inventory data to SCCM to be inventoried in #SQL database.

1. Discuss the #MappedDriveReport.ps1 script and the changes / modifications to it.
2. Run the script on a workstation to create the WMI class.
3. Add the custom #WMI class created by the script to Default Client Settings in #SCCM / #MECM.
4. Steps to create the package in SCCM with commandline parameters to be included.
5. Deploy the package to run on SCCM clients / workstations. Consider the schedule to be run.
