These mini biscuits are made wih the 1:2:3 ratio biscuits. 1 (sugar) : 2 (butter) and 3 (plain or self raising flour or half of each of the flours)
Use any amount you like and bake them until firm and slightly brown underneath, at about 150 celsius for about 10 minutes or so, it will depend on your oven
