Dr. Moreau was one of the new 5* legendary heroes as part of the initial Season 4 "Voyagers of the Underwild" launch. Reviews of Dr. Moreau have been mixed because while he does bring some powerful things to the table, which we will discuss in the video, he is largely just a copy of the older HOTM Drake Fong. Not to mention, purple is a very strong color in this game, so there is a lot of competition for both spots on a team as well as for those hard-to-come-by tabards.
