The Office on Women’s Health hosted a Facebook Live event on May 29, 2024 with a panel of experts and advocates to discuss the relationship between sarcopenia and high blood pressure. Sarcopenia is the loss of muscle mass and strength that becomes more common as you age. During the event, the panelists explained the relationship and how addressing one may assist with addressing the other. Panelists:
