Occasionally a clever tweak in the gear world comes along, enter the DrOP by Ridgeline, Drop Offset, Pouch...
The DrOP does just what it says it does, it drops the pouch down some and creates an offset from your body. This helps in a few different ways. For one, the magazine, or whatever pouch you use, sits lower and is usually more comfortable in this configuration. Especially if you have a shorter torso, are wearing body armor with a cummerbund or side plates, or are storing a lot of extra calories around your midline. It also pushes the magazine out to make it easier to grab, helping it clear you, your armor or clothing layers.
The Ridgeline DrOP is compatible with most any MOLLE/PALS pouch and can easily be moved between belts with the Bladetech Teklok.
