Just a few hours ago, the game developers have already officially announced the version 4.5 phase 2 character event wish banners and epitome invocation banners.
as we already know from the version 4.5 special program livestream, Neuvillette and Kazuha will be featured in the second phase of version 4.5 banners.
Additionally, the 4 star characters in the second phase have just been officially announced by the game developer today, these characters include Barbara, Xingqiu, and Yanfei.
for the epitome invocation banner in the second phase will be Tome of the Eternal Flow Catalyst, Freedom Sworn sword, The Flute sword, Favonius Greatsword, Favonius Lance polearm, Mitternachts Waltz Bo, and Wine and Song Catalyst.
and it seems there is no chronicled wish banner in the second phase of version 4.5.
Regarding the Version 4.6 character banners, it has been confirmed by multiple reliable sources that Arlecchino and Lyney will be featured in the first phase, followed by Wanderer and Baizhu in the second phase.
Right now, we don't have any information about the upcoming epitome invocation banners and which 4-star characters will be included in the version 4.6 character banners.
However, if Lyney does indeed receive a rerun in version 4.6, it is highly likely that Lynette and Freminet will also be featured in the banners.
As for the remaining 4-star characters that are likely to be featured in the Version 4.6 character banners, they may include the following characters.

Today the game developer has also officially announced the event schedules for the second phase of version 4.5.
In this phase, F2P players can expect to receive a total of 3,220 Primogems, which is translates to 20 free pulls or wishes.
