There are 3 different methods in photoshop to match the colors and grading of the subject according to your image.
First method :
In the first method, we use the match color tool from the image adjustment menu, this tool is provided by photoshop and this is very useful in some cases because it will provide us a lot of colors that our subject needs to blend into any background. But in some cases, this would not gonna work even a little bit.
Second Method:
In the second method, we use Curves from adjustments. This trick is also very helpful for cinematic photos there is an auto tool, all you have to do is to hold the Alt/option key and click on it, and you will see a panel just select find light r dark color or different options as which suits best to your image and simply adjust brightness and contrast and you are done.
Third Method :
In this method, we again use curves, but not this time auto, this time we use three eye droppers which are for shadows, highlights, and mid tones. Click on the brightest part of your subject with the highlight dropper and click on the darkest part with the shadows dropper for mid tones try different areas with grayish tones.
