The Kronstadt Uprising : 1 March 1921
Lenin said that the sailors of the Kronstadt Uprising of 1 March1921 was the most dangerous threat to the Bolshevik revolution. The Kronstadt sailors, which had revolted against Czarism and fought against the Whites in the Civil War, revolted against the Bolshevik regime demanding equal food for all, freedom of expression and other demands. Two weeks later they were defeated by the Kremlin.
