DialogFlow CX review
Recently Google has released a new version of DialogFlow.
It’s called the DialogFlow CX, as a customer experience. The old one was renamed to ES as essentials.

My Udemy courses use the essentials version. ES version is for smaller less complex bots and the CX is meant for larger teams and bots that are complex, large.
At this moment the DialogFlow CX is still in beta, it only supports English and also integrations are also possible for Telephony.
