Colorado Springs Police are looking for Randall Heath, thought to be a meth user with 20 aliases. They consider him the most prolific identity thief in our city's history. He is thought to be connected to tax fraud scheme involving fake IDs, fake W-2s and others' identities to collect instant refund checks from local tax return businesses.
