Rainbow Chef's Academy is a kids' wellness and nutrition program implemented in partnership with PJCC for their summer camps in Foster City, CA. They work with about 90 kids daily, teaching them cooking skills, nutrition, kitchen etiquette, and the importance of healthy eating.
Through hands-on activities, children learn to prepare multiple recipes each day, fostering teamwork and independence. The program aims to empower kids to make healthy food choices and appreciate the joy of cooking.
