Trying authentic Japanese Cuisine in Nagoya π―π΅
It was field trip day at the conference :). We checked out the Atsuta Jingu (Atsuta Shrine) and Shirotori Garden. After this, I went FAR outside of my comfort zone and ate a bunch of unfamiliar Japanese food for the conference dinner at KISOJI Meieki IMAI Bldg.
I never ate anything from one of these hot pots before and there was some sort of crazy meat pudding. A little plum wine helped me be more comfortable to try all this stuff :)
