Step 1) Update the game
Step 2) Restart Steam, let the update complete and then launch the game
Step 3) Restart your PC
Step 4) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode
Step 5) Try -dx11/-d3d11 or -dx12 in launch options
Step 6) Verify the game files
Step 7) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 8) (Skip this step if you are not able to launch the game) If able to launch the game try skip the cut scenes by holding F, this has fixed crash for me, disable Frame Generation, if using DLSS set it to Quality, turn off Nvidia Reflex and Dynamic resolution, switch to Window mode and lower down video settings
Step 9) Try balanced or power saver mode in Windows
Step 10) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver

Step 12) Increase the Virtual Memory:

Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 13) Create a backup and rename/delete the save game files (This will result in loss of game progress)

Step 15) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, perform cleanboot, remove the undervolt
Step 16) Update your Windows
Step 17) Update System BIOS
Step 18) Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C Drive (SSD Drive), if already installed in C drive try installing to another SSD.
