WAKING UP AT 5AM CHALLENGE! I tried to wake up early for a week. Yes, at 5am. You know when it’s dark outside and the birds aren’t even chirping? That 5am…. And boy, was it HARD! – Not A Morning Person
My hope was that by waking up at 5AM, I would be able to accomplish more of my goals by creating time in the morning to be productive and healthy. As a result, this would make me feel better throughout the day and feel less burnt out. We’ll see how that goes… haha
