It treats directory as package and files inside it as module so that
one can import it in another folder.

To import function_second package and its module inside another folder function_first, __init__.py file is used.

Note Points

1.) sys.append is used to insert the path of another folder.
2.) create an empty __init file inside the folder whose file you need to import in another folder.
