Mikrotik Tutorial 44: Configuring EoIP Tunnel in Mikrotik Router
In this video I will show you how to configure EoIP tunnel in Mikrotik router. Ethernet over IP (EoIP) Tunneling is a MikroTik RouterOS proprietary protocol that creates an Ethernet tunnel between two Mikrotik routers on top of an IP connection.
Here I am going to show you how this EoIP tunnel allows us to span Layer 2 connectivity between different locations over IP connection. It is very useful if you want to use the same subnet to share on both sites. With EoIP tunnel you can bridge LANs over internet or encrypted tunnels.
