The centre of your Daz world are your characters. How to make them beautiful and realistic requires an understanding of what makes up a character in Daz Studio and how you can apply the various shaping and texture tools to bring to life a virtual person who has real personality and character.
In this video I will deep dive into the history of Daz characters, including the evolution of Genesis, followed by a real-time demo of loading a character, and revealing the secrets of how characters work.
I'll then show you the various shaping options possible to make your character unique in appearance, highlighting key areas of individuality, such as eyes and mouth shapes.
The video will finish with a real-time demo of 7 of my characters, their hair, eye and skin colours, and how this relates to real world ethnicity expectations to improve your character's realism.
