How to Set Up a Typology Grid in Photoshop for 13x19 paper
This video is a tutorial on how to set up your Photoshop Canvas for printing a typology grid on 13"x19" paper with 4x5 aspect ratio image crops (crops completed in Lightroom Classic).
If your images are Vertical, you can use the 4x5 crop and size in Photoshop to a 3.5" (width) with 300 dpi in Photoshop. This works for a Vertical Canvas orientation.
If your images are Horizontal, you can use the 5x4 crop and size in Photoshop to a 4.3" width and 300 dpi in Photoshop. This works well for a Horizontal Canvas orientation.
If you maintain the ORIGINAL aspect ratio, you can size your photos to 4.3" on the long side and 300dpi in Photoshop. This will work for Horizontal OR Vertical canvas size.
