Automate Sales Lead Allocation with GenAI
Generative AI makes things that used to be extremely complex to automate possible because it understands text, rules and context.
In the below video I'm using the reigning champion of chatbots hashtag#Claude to allocate out sales leads for my fictional motor dealership. It does a human level job and automatically creates emails to the salespeople informing them of their leads, making a 30 mins task a 2 minute task.
👲 Why is this complex?
Salespeople have specific specialties and existing workloads
Leads can contain spam messages
Messages can contain free text reference to a specific salesperson
Some hastily written messages need to be translated before they are conveyed to the sales team
Trying to code all of that would be a nightmare, now we can give instructions to our systems in plain text.
Given a little more time and coding we could easily script this to run on the hour and update our CRM...
