Hamburger Steaks with Gravy |Easy Comfort Food
Hey y’all! Check out another easy and delicious recipe…hamburger steak with gravy.
Ingredients (with rough estimates):
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Roasted garlic powder
Italian seasoning blend
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 container of mushrooms
2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
2 1/2 cups of beef stock
1/2 cup of water (optional) (I wanted to loosen my gravy a bit)

Remember to season with your heart but if you need measurements on spices, start with a teaspoon of each and work your way up. Taste as you go. ☺️
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice…corn or sweet peas. Enjoy!
