Hello☺Thank you for watching my video.
Today I made baked doughnuts that are easy to make, no tricks required.
It doesn't even use butter, so you can make it as soon as you think of it☺.
I purchased the silicon molds at Daiso in the 200 yen section.

▷Ingredients (for 5 pieces)
1 whole egg
50 g sugar
Pinch of salt
50 g rice oil
55 g rice flour
25 g ground almonds
2 g baking powder
5 g milk
Chocolate

▷How to make:
1. Add the sugar and salt to the whole egg mixture and mix well until the sugar is incorporated and the mixture is no longer coarse.
2. While mixing ①, add rice oil and mix until thickened.
3. Sift in the rice flour, ground almonds, and baking powder.
4. Add milk and mix until blended.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 15 to 20 min.
6. Put as much chocolate as you like in the cleaned silicon mold and heat it on 600W for 20 sec to melt it. Put the cooled doughnuts into the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden.
