The climate-nutrition nexus: linkages and implications
Climate change and nutrition are strongly linked. This nexus entails that climate related impacts affect malnutrition in all its forms and vice versa: the types of food we consume, how they are produced and transported, also determine how much greenhouse gasses are released. That is why there is a huge potential to take combined efforts in tackling malnutrition and taking climate action!
