A popular tiktoker moves into a California house that costs him $13,500 a month and finds a huge infestation of rats and other insects of some sort which is a health hazard according to the County of Los Angeles Public Health and asks the Landlord for a REFUND and he refused to give it to him so now he has to uproot and scramble to move his whole family out to another spot on short notice.
