I've had the original DJI Phantom for many years now and still enjoy flying it. But until recently, I never considered it a drone I could use for video because it lacks a gimbal. With the DJI Osmo Action, you don't need a gimbal. DJI's Rocksteady electronic image stabilization works very well to smooth out bumpy or shaky footage. But how will it look on a drone with no gimbal? We put that theory to the test by mounting the DJI Osmo Action on the DJI Phantom 1.
