First, you have to export all of your Zimbra mailbox as .tgz files using Zimbra Web Client or Zimbra Desktop Client. Copy all exported Zimbra mailbox in a folder and then perform batch migration of Zimbra mailboxes into Exchange Server using Administrator login of Exchange Server.
Software will automatically map mailbox from Zimbra to Exchange by Zimbra TGZ file names. Once mapping is done for respective users, one can proceed for migration to Exchange Server.
To migrate Zimbra to Exchange Server, we need to do few settings for Exchange Server Admin user account. Required settings are Application Impersonation role and Mailbox delegation role needs to be assigned for Exchange Administrator account.
