this works for me
right click on the download and select REFRESH DOWNLOAD ADDRESS. you should see this "IDM is waiting for the new address to resume the file"
wait for the page to load completely then wait for about a minuite. if the download does not resume carry the download and drop on IDM ITSELF (i.e click and hold on the download, then drag and drop on the download manager). the new address should be recieved and the download should resume
