Making an MPC Beat With Diva VST Sounds
I was messing with the Diva VST plug-in and it has a lot of great sounds, so I decided to sample those straight into the MPC. I tried to dirty it up a bit when I got into my DAW. Turned out dope.
I'm also experimenting with a new overhead view. It's hard to set up but I'll try to do it again.

0:04 - Slicing first VST sound
1:05 - Finding drums
2:10 - Recording drums
3:18 - Chopping second VST sound
3:54 - Testing it with the first sound
4:25 - Recording second sound
5:17 - Finally found some decent strings
6:41 - Sounds good!
7:17 - Final mixed beat!
