Ideally you want at least a 3 seconds pull timer because we want to pre-cast
1) Blistering Scales on the Tank
2) Tip the Scales
3) Living Flame at 2 seconds before pull

Then when the pull actually starts we:
1) Precience on DPS 1
2) Precience on DPS 2
3) Ebon Might
4) Fire Breath
5) Breath of Eons
6) Upheaval at Rank 1
7) Eruption
8) Eruption

Into our normal rotation priority
