30 years ago, I experienced my first concert in Colorado at the Blue Bird Theater, where I had the unforgettable opportunity to see Edwin McCain live. 🌟 Back then, he opened for a rock band that didn’t quite hit the mark, but my friends and I found ourselves in the lobby, chatting with Edwin as he signed and sold CDs. He was so down-to-earth and genuine, it was easy to become a lifelong fan. ✨
Not long after, “I’ll Be” skyrocketed up the charts, and Edwin was touring with Hootie & the Blowfish. 🎤 Through the years, his music has been a constant in my life, even making its way into picture slideshows for my kids’ sports teams. 🎥🏆
Fast forward to tonight at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater in Greenwood Village, Colorado. On this beautiful summer night, hearing Edwin McCain sing “I’ll Be” brings back all those cherished memories and reminds me why his music continues to touch so many hearts. 💖
