When we received this letter directly from the company we have been proud dealers of for more than 20 years, we couldn't believe it: McIntosh invited us to their factory in Binghamton.
A dream come true.
Accompanied by Charlie Randall, McIntosh president since 2001, we had the honor of being able to see with our own eyes (and document!) all the manufacturing processes of the most famous audio products ever.
