Simple Steps
1. Open your PowerPoint Presentation.
2. Click on the "Insert" tab and choose.
3. On the ribbon click on "Pictures" and choose "This Device".
4. In the dialog box that opens, select your image and click on "Insert".
5. Pull out on the sides of the image to cover your slide with the image.
6. Stretch the image to cover the slide.
7. Right click on the image and choose "Send To Back".
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REDUCE THE OPACITY OF THE IMAGE
1. Left click on the image to select it.
2. Click on the "Picture Format" tab.
3. On the ribbon, click on "Transparency" and choose one of the thumbnails to reduce the opacity.
