This is not as easy as it might seem. You need a play through where you: 1) send Jackie to his family at the end of the Heist; 2) keep Skippy instead of agreeing to return to Regina; 3) complete all or most of the storylines with Rogue, Panam, Judy, Kerry, and River; 4) loot Oda after taking him down during Playing it Safe; 5) have enough attribute points to get to 18 technical ability; 6) have the necessary crafting specs or have not yet done the Suspected Organized Crime Activity NCPD side hustles – the one for Psalm 11.6 is often missed for some reason.
If you’re missing any of these, you will probably need to start a new game and keep these things in mind while playing. In making this video I had to start over because I was missing the Psalm 11.6 crafting spec on all saves that were otherwise good. You can speed things up a bit and level up at a decent clip if you focus on the main story. Once the left and center walls are completed, and you have the necessary crafting perks, the right wall can be completed in about half an hour plus however long it takes to finish one of the end missions.
