We wanted to see out 2022 with a bang and when the chance to work with Adnams on a homebrew recipe for Ghost Ship came along we simply couldn't say no!
Rob and Jim went and spent a few days in Southwold visiting the Sole Bay Brewery and learning everything they could from Fergus Fitzgerald, the production director at @adnams
We love this recipe kit and the beer which it produces! It's a homage that's as close as possible to the real thing which we know you all will love!
Be sure to keep your eyes open for part 2 in a few weeks time where we brew the beer and try it with a panel of taste testers to see how we did!
