Hey Good People,
Another day at the shop. One thing I can say is that most of my customers are repeat customers, so I am the only one that maintain their cars. I get to know the cars well and what they need and don't need because I can remember some of the work I've already done on the cars. Kinda like a real patient doctor relationship lol.
Most of the time, cars that require a lot of work are simply neglected. People don't do the preventive maintenance and then blame the car. What do you guys think?
