I built this TABLE SAW SHOP CART / WORK STATION on wheels for my ongoing shop build! This video will show you a quick run-through of the methods I used.

The goal was to provide a rolling table saw stand that would also incorporate some simple storage, and provide a decent work station in the form of the outfeed table.

Materials:
B/C plywood
2x4
3" lockable caster wheels
1-5/8" drywall screws
Galvanized brad nails
Titebond 2 wood glue

TABLE SAW SHOP CART / WORK STATION HOW-TO:
1) Rip and cross-cut 5/8" plywood into appropriate widths and lengths for table saw cart components.
2) Fasten joins that need slightly more strength with drywall screws in pre-drilled and countersink holes. (This is a FAST method--it is not the strongest form of joining these pieces, but the cart only requires light loads.)
3) Join other pieces of table saw shop cart with titebond 2 wood glue and brad nails.
4) Build 2x4 base for cart / work station.
5) Attach assembled table saw cart / work station to 2x4 base with screws.
6) Add support blocks to inner corners of 2x4 base.
7) Attach 3" lockable casters to corners of table saw cart / work station.
