http://bit.ly/sharepoint-powershell - Here is why it's NOT supported to install SharePoint 2013 on a Domain Controller with Active Directory, SQL Server and SharePoint on a single server.
Although it's possible to do a SharePoint 2013 installation you will have unexpected behavior and loss of functionality. It's also not possible to develop Windows Azure Workflows on a Domain Controller.
